to juice or not to juice...

...to juice, definitely. my favorite: 4 carrots, 1 apple & a wedge of cabbage. i have always hated cabbage. the taste, the smell, the word. but, it's supposed to be reeeeeallly good for you and reeeeeeallly good for your stomach (the sodium apparently neutralizes acid, etc)...it definitely wasn't love at first sip, but the more i drink it, the more i like it. the apple adds some nice sweetness and the carrots blend in perfectly. i understand juicing now and how it can positively (as opposed to negatively) effect your body and mind. people swear by it. i think i'm on board.

WANT TO TRY JUICE. ASSUME YOU CAN PUT GINGER IN IT. HERE'S WHAT I THINK WOULD BE GOOD. GINGER, PLUM, APPLE, CELERY, AND RED RASPBERRY. ILAN PROBABLY WOULD ADD CHICKEN LIVER OR EELS. YOURS TRULY
